Email or call our receptionist to enquire about available dates. We can normally hold a pencil booking for up to 3 weeks whilst you confirm your plans.
DEPOSIT
A booking deposit of $350 per night booked is required within 21 days of pencil booking and is non-refundable within 9 months of your booking. If the camp is left clean and tidy after your stay the deposit will be returned to you within one working week.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
About 6 weeks before your camp we will be in touch to confirm your programme and get an update on your expected numbers. One week before camp we need to confirm how many will be attending and if you have any special dietary issues.
