What do we do when we're there?
Carey Park has a wide range of activities both Indoor and Outdoors. See the Activities Section for extra information.
Can our group fit?
Carey Park has 170 beds with an extra 30 spare mattresses that can also be used for marae style sleeping.
Can we book the camp but do our own catering?
Carey Park is a fully catered camp. Campers can not do their own cooking.
Do you cater for special diets and allergies?
Our Kitchen staff will prepare meal options with those who are on special diets or have allergies. Please give the kitchen at least seven days notice of any special meal requirements.

Holiday Camps
Was coffee drunk in Bible Times?
No reference to coffee is found in the Bible. It is first recorded in 10th Century writings. Coffee originated in the Ethiopian Highlands but was taken to Yemen by Arab traders. It came to Europe in the 16th Cenutry.
