Everyone has a blast at our Holiday Camps. We provide experienced, screened and trained leaders who put together a fun programme to help you get the most out of your Carey Park Holiday. Dads and Sons Weekend
In a fast-paced society it takes effort to slow down and connect with our children. Carey Park provides a unique opportunity for dads and sons to do just that — slow down and connect — while providing valuable direction and memorable experiences. This weekend is a combination of a relaxed setting, fun-filled activities, encouragement, and direction through gifted communicators. Dads, join us with your sons aged 7 to 14.

We’ll talk about How Fathers Can Guide Boys to Become Men of Character.

Participation & Cost
The cost for Parent and Child Weekends is $140 per family group (1- 2 sons, each additional son is $50).

When You Come
Registration begins at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, with a huge BBQ dinner between 6:30-7:30 p.m. The weekend concludes following Sunday lunch, around 1pm. A detailed letter, along with a list of what to bring to camp, is sent to each registrant two weeks prior to the camp date.

What we’ll do
Not only will we have better-than-home-cooked-food (don’t tell mum we said that), we’ll have rock climbing, kayaking, riflery, archery, and amazingly fun times!

Summer Kids Camp
Walk of the Wild
Come take a walk on the wild side as we have heaps of fun and learning what it means to live wild for God. Camp will be full of activities like flying fox, kayaking, archery, and of course, crazy games. Come prepared to encounter the wild!.

Key Information:

AGES: 9 –12 year olds only (School Years 5 – 8)

VENUE: Carey Park, 397 Henderson Valley Rd, Henderson

WEEK ONE: Camp Starts 9:00 am Monday 5 January
Prize giving: 11:45 am Friday 9 January
Departure: 12:00 pm Friday 9 January

WEEK TWO: Camp Starts 9:00 am Monday 12 January
Prize giving: 11:45 am Friday 16 January
Departure: 12:00 pm Friday 16 January

Camp Fees:

$150 if paid before Friday 12 December
$170 if paid after Friday 12 December
Final registration deadline is Tuesday 23 December

PLEASE NOTE: We are approved by Child Youth & Family as an OSCAR programme.
You may be entitled to an OSCAR subsidy from Work & Income, please contact them on 0800 559 009.

NOTE: Full camp fees are still required on enrolment, any subsidy paid for your child/ren to us by Work & Income will be refunded to you
