Use the information below to help design your camp programme. Enter your numbers into the formula below to work out how many activities are possible during the period booked*. The programme shown below is an example of a typical 5 day camp for 120 children and can be altered to suit the length and size of your camp.

Notes:

  • The shaded areas are fixed times and cannot be altered unless under special circumstances
  • *For safety reasons there can be no more than 5 activity slots in any one day. Please note that our activities are ideally suited to having groups of 10 children complete them in one hour.
  • Smaller groups can have 2 rotations of activities. For example a rotation of 5 activities for Monday and Tuesday, then a rotation of 5 different activities for Wednesday and Thursday
  • Please contact our Host for assistance in planning your camp – we are here to help.
  • Contact us about special options such as cooked breakfasts, no duties and banquet meals.
